Living in Jávea

The villa stands on a quiet cul-de-sac in Adsubia, a few minutes' drive from the Arenal. That is the only sandy beach in the municipality of Jávea, and in 2026 it received the Blue Flag together with La Grava and Granadella. The coastline runs for about 20 km and is made mostly of tosca stone. A street market fills the Plaza de la Constitución every Thursday morning.
